Hande Yasargil is an executive coach and leadership development consultant with an Organisational Clinical Psychology background. Her areas of expertise are leadership psychology, group dynamics at the board level, women in leadership, and family businesses.

She is the Lead Coach at INSEAD Business School for Governance Programs such as ‘International Directors Program’ and ‘Leading from the Chair’ Program where she coached board level and C suite executives from diverse geographies and cultures.

She has also long-term entrepreneurial experience as founder and managing partner of a successful international coaching business in Turkiye and the Middle East. Her prior corporate executive experience in human resources management and her family therapy training gives a unique perspective to her coaching approach.

Hande initiated a non-profit program called "The Cross Company Mentoring Program for More Women on Boards," and now she serves as the Founding Chair of ‘Women on Board Association Turkiye’ and board member of ‘European Women on Boards’.

Hande holds a B. A in Psychology, master's degree in human resources management, and an Executive Masters Degree from INSEAD in Coaching and Consulting. She is also certified in “Group Dynamics at Board Level” from Tavistock Institute
