Catherine Parkinson joined Zetland as Chief People Officer Summer of 2022. She leads the people, talent and culture strategy for Zetland and contributed significantly to Zetland in the early years as an HR consultant to the firm in 2017 for 2 years.

Prior to joining Zetland, Catherine was Head of Human Resources for Experian Plc, the Global Decision Analytics business. Her experience consulting to mid-market firms and early-stage entrepreneurial, tech companies gives her a refreshing perspective that informs her approach. Catherine brings over 20 years of experience in people management, with over a decade at American Express and starting her career at Goldman Sachs. Catherine is passionate about sustainability and committed to diversity, she leads our ESG and DEI initiatives.

Catherine is CIPD qualified, completed the Cambridge University Business Sustainability course and holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Northumbria in International Business Studies with Spanish.
