In Rebecca’s additional function as Head of ESG & Sustainability, she works closely with clients to articulate their ESG requirements throughout the fund structure, investment thesis and value creation. This involves identifying the best talent at all seniority levels to drive the funds’ ESG strategy and implementation across their entire portfolio. Additionally, Rebecca leads our Munich team and secures Manager to Partner level investment professionals as well as value creation experts for a broad spectrum of private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
