Stephanie joined Palatine in September 2018 as ESG manager. Prior to this she worked at WSP in the UK for eight years in various roles. She joined the firm as a graduate environmental consultant in 2010, before being promoted to environmental consultant in 2012. She was promoted again two years later to senior consultant in 2014 and finally to principal consultant in 2017.

Before working at WSP, Stephanie completed her bachelor of science degree in geography at the University of Leeds.
