Andrea Vallini is an Operating Partner and joined NB Renaissance in 2021. Mr. Vallini is Operating Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of SICIT Group.

He started his career in the Corporate Finance team of the Ferruzzi-Montedison Group, leading several M&A transactions in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Energy sectors. After a period at Bain & Co, he spent 4 years at Edison as Director of Finance & Control. He has extensive experience in defining strategic corporate initiatives and in corporate planning and development, having served as CEO of Marsh Italia and as a member of the EMEA Executive Committee.

Mr. Vallini graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University and holds a Master in Executive Management from INSEAD.
