Rebecca joined FSN Capital in 2015 and has worked as a lawyer since 2006, specialized in M&A and private equity. Prior to joining FSN Capital, she spent 1,5 years as a General Counsel at Validus (Fund IV investment) – a secondment position from Schjødt, a well-known Norwegian Corporate lawyer firm. At Schjødt, Rebecca focused on acquisitions, establishments of, and investments in investment funds, contract negotiations, corporate documentation and due diligence reviews.

She holds a Master’s in law from the University of Oslo, as well as an MBA from Bond University, Australia.
