Pau has 20+ years of experience in private equity investments and strategy consulting for Spanish and international SMEs. He is a Partner and a member of the Suma Capital Growth investment committee. Pau has been a Partner with Suma Capital since 2018 and co-leads the SME-focused PE Growth funds. He is also a member of the ESG and impact Committee. He sits on the board of several technology, manufacturing and services companies.

Prior to joining Suma Capital, he worked at Baring Private Equity Partners where he executed several investments and was member of Baring’s investment committee. Before investing for private equity funds, he worked for 5 years at Oliver Wyman in its Paris office, advising private equity investors and other clients in their strategic due diligence and analysis of investment opportunities in Spain and the rest of Europe.

Pau is a board member of Level20 Spain, among other relevant associations.

He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (USA) and is a graduate of the BBA and MBA from ESADE (Barcelona) and CEMS Master of Management from HEC (Paris).
