Dominica, with 20 years of expertise in sustainability and innovation, is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Seven2, where she champions sustainability as central to value creation. Believing small and mid-size businesses are vital for tackling global issues like climate change, but also have important responsibilities towards the people they employee in their local economies. She sees private equity as a tool for shaping the future economy by supporting business transformation.  

Her sustainability journey began in 2004 as an ESG analyst at Vigeo, a leading European non-financial agency, then in 2008, she joined AXA Group as Head of Environment, focusing on sustainability and climate change. Later, she moved to AXA's Property & Casualty (P&C) Global Insurance business, enhancing innovation, product design, and digital strategies. In 2021, Dominica moved to Seven2 (previously Apax Partners) to advance sustainability within the private equity sector. She is active across the entire investment process and operationally supports portfolio companies in their sustainability transformations.  

Dominica holds a Master's in Environment Development and Policy from Sussex University and a BA in Sociology from York University, UK.
