Myra is an investor, leading over $4bn of investments globally in funds and direct investments at PSP and BCI. She was one of the most active LPAC members and actively advocated for diversity and ESG within her investment portfolios. She sat on the UNPRI Private Equity Steering Committee, helping create the ESG scorecard.

Myra believes that one of the biggest wastages is the loss of human potential, or the “S” in ESG. She personally experienced the life-changing effects of coaching and hyper tailored development. With a vision to foster inclusive work environments, she's making equitable access to hyper-tailored development opportunities her top priority to unlock people’s potential and help companies meet their long-term business objectives.
