Argi joined Neuberger Berman in 2022 as an ESG Policy and Regulatory Strategist within the ESG Investing team. In her role, she is instrumental in navigating the complexities of sustainable investing policy and regulatory requirements, while ensuring effective engagement with policymakers and key external stakeholders. Before her time at Neuberger Berman, Argi was part of Abrdn's Public Affairs team, concentrating on ESG policy matters. Her career also includes experience with the European External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels, followed by four years as a public affairs consultant working with clients between London and Brussels.

Originally from Venezuela, Argi is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. She holds a Law and International Relations degree from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain, and an MA in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
