Daniella is the founder of Danesmead ESG providing ESG services to private equity, hedge funds and corporates. She is a member of the PRI Hedge Fund Advisory Committee and AIMA’s Responsible Investment Working Group.

Before Danesmead, Daniella worked at Arrowgrass Capital. She sat on Arrowgrass’ Business Committee and led the ESG Committee, managing the launch of a socially responsible investment vehicle. She also represented Arrowgrass on the PRI Relative Value Hedge Fund Working Group.

Daniella previously worked at Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Fund Consulting team in Prime Brokerage.
