CapMan is an active owner of real estate, infrastructure, natural capital and unlisted companies, with a hands-on approach to transitioning its assets towards more sustainable business models. Heading the sustainability efforts across CapMan, it’s my role to find a direction for our portfolio in this rapidly chaining world, making sure we have robust sustainability foundations and enabling smart value creation opportunities. We make this happen in the properties we are transforming, the forests we grow and manage and, in the companies within our Infrastructure and Private Equity portfolio. This work is constantly evolving and inspiring me every day.

Before CapMan, I worked at the sustainability consultancy ISS ESG, where I most recently headed the ESG Specialist team in Northern Europe, UK & Ireland, supporting institutional investors. Prior to that, I held various sustainability analyst and project management positions for sustainability consultancies and NGOs.
